Imagine your end user is asking to talk to a human agent. The chatbot will transfer the conversation and stop answering.
The default duration for the pause is 48 hours. It means that, for 48 hours, your bot will stop answering this specific user. However, the chatbot will continue to work for other users.
We plan to release a V2, where you will have the ability to change the pause duration.
Important notice: Even if this action is not triggered, your bot will stop if a human agent starts answering a conversation.
To use the "Pause Bot" action, just drag and drop it.
